Oversee the entire hotel, set policies and budgets, and take responsibility for profit and loss.
Supervise shifts and resolve guest service issues.
Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, payments and guest information.
Receive and manage room reservations from phone, email and OTA channels.
Collect payments, settle guest accounts and prepare daily revenue reports.
Assist with luggage, escort guests and answer basic questions.
Check and close the day's revenue accounts during the night shift.

Lead the front office team, service standards and room sales.
Inspect rooms and confirm they are ready before release for sale.
Clean guest rooms, change linen and replenish amenities.
Keep the lobby, corridors and public restrooms clean.
Process hotel linen and guest laundry where offered.
Supervise daily service and support the guest-facing team.
Take orders and serve food and drinks.
Prepare drinks and maintain the bar.
Prepare coffee, care for equipment and serve guests.
Support the head chef and run daily kitchen operations.
Prepare dishes at assigned stations, including hot, grill, cold and bakery sections.
Prepare ingredients, wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean.

Plan menus and lead food quality and kitchen cost control.
Run digital marketing, social media and promotions.
Manage room rates, OTA channels and reservations.
Handle cash, bank deposits and routine accounting entries.
Oversee accounts, financial statements, tax and budgets.
Issue invoices, follow up receivables and record collections.
Check invoices and arrange supplier payments.
Lead maintenance of electrical, water, air-conditioning and building systems.
Repair and maintain room and public-area equipment.
Set people policies, recruit and train staff, and address employee relations.
Post roles, coordinate interviews and maintain HR records.
Patrol the property, manage access, monitor CCTV and respond to incidents.
Source supplies and ingredients and compare supplier prices.
Receive, store and issue stock.
Support PMS, Wi-Fi, POS, computers and online booking systems.
